If you are lucky enough to be killed or seriously injured then there are some personal accident benefits provided on most comprehensive policies. – These are for relatively small amounts and you would do better buying a personal accident policy than rely on them!
Naturally you can’t sue yourself for negligence

Yes, fully comprehensive covers just about everything, all it means if a claim were to be made, is the premium would increase.
