my daughter leased a 2006 suv in michigan and somehow she did not have auto insurance on it when she hit a tree – is it possible to lease a car and not have some type of coverage by the driver or the dealer in the state of michigan.
Does New York State’s Auto-Insurance laws require financed cars to have collision on them?
If I got a good deal on a car and it is actually valued at much higher, should I write the market value or the actual price I paid. The difference is considerable, since I bought it from a friend.
