Car Insurance

It is now dec 31st. I keep getting the same answere about my car that they ordered parts that where on back stock. Then they got the part. Two weeks later when it was finally due they tell me the parts where wrong. Its been over two months with no end in sight. I cant even get a date still. My insurance company wont do anything for me and the auto body place as well. Is there some kind of time limit? I didnt have car rental insurance and they wont help me at all. The finance company will sell the vehicle at auction and you will be responsible for the difference in the amount you owe less the sell amount. They tacked on an additional @$2700 onto my loan and since that time my car payment went from $350 a month to $700 a month. Before this happened, my credit was good, and since after that time my credit changed drastically. I’ve been told that this may be illegal. If anyone has info, please let me know. I bought a 2 year old diesel auto estate car at an auction which at first turned out to be a real bargain, £5000 cheaper than the book price. In my rush though to buy the car, I failed to notice that the car had on its ticket that it was sold as seen and that it was an insurance total loss. I know I am an idiot, believe me I dont need reminding, I parted with £3400 for it. The problems so far is that the auto gear box needs replacing at a cost (for a reconditioned one!) of £2300 including Continue reading..
