02 Monte Carlo Ss Original Parts?
I was involved in an accident a week ago. The Insurance Company wanted to put aftermarket parts on my car because they’re cheaper. I wanted original GM parts and I had the auto body shop fight for me to get the original parts. They agreed to it. Now, how do I know the body shop is in fact going to install original GM parts? Is there any way to find out, besides asking them for a proof of purchase?

Make sure it is on their work order and your bill where they guarantee original GM parts were used and ask them to attach copies of their invoices. Once in writing it will give you much more legal leverage.
