I got into a minor accident in parking lot. I was was going to reverse so I looked both ways and in all my mirrors. A car passed behind me and when I saw it pass, I started to reverse. Our car was totaled by another driver 2 weeks ago. That driver only has liability as do us. I called 911 at the scene of the accident but the police department cannot find the police report for us.
