a friend of the family had a recent accident on file .Farmers wants$3600.00 for 6 months.they recently purchased a new mazda and were told by the sales person that their insurance would go up about $120.00 a month then they found out it would be an outragous amount .the value of the new car is $20,000.00.what would be their best bet for reasonable car insurance?or is there such a thing?
