Where Can I Buy Auto Repair Insurance For My Car, In Oregon?

I have been looking for a company that offers mechanical breakdown insurance. I have a 99 Mitsubishi eclipse Spyder with 108k miles. The policy needs to cover the engine, the transmission, labor, and allow me to pick the repair shop.

You could try US Fidelis or other vehicle sevice contract companies. Most of them have a 60 day period before you can make a claim. This prevents people from buying the insurance when the repair already has to be made.
I have this coverage on 1 of my vehicles (a 1998) that I purchased a few months ago, it seems to be pretty good coverage and I can pick the shop that I want to do the work.
NOTE: The other links are for auto insurance, which I do not believe is what you are looking for. It sounds like you are looking for a company that covers your car for mechanical breakdowns not accidents!
You would want to look for places like USFidelis.com, autoservicewarranty.com, autorepairwarranty.com, warrantydirect.com
The policy I have with USFidelis covers just about everything bumper to bumper with a $50 deductible. If my car needs a new engine or transmission, it costs me $50, they pay the rest. It also covers a rental car while mine is in the shop.

autoinsurance.undonet.com – try this one. I have their car insurance and, as I know, they can provide such a service.
