Is It Possible To Purchase Auto Insurance For Borrowed Car Without Owner Being Responsible?

I may borrow a car, but would like to purchase my own auto insurance as not to bur-don the actual auto owner. Is it possible to buy auto insurance when the title is in someone elses name?

    Yes. You can purchase insurance on a car not in your name.
    I would suggest the company below for good/cheap insurance.
