How Can I Obtain A Copy Of Someone’s Auto Insurance Coverage If A Person Hit My Car?
His Insurance Adjuster claims the driver at fault only had $10,000.00 Property Damages on his Policy. How do I know if this is true only because it’s by word of mouth from his adjuster. I have more In damages. What can I do to see if this is all he has to avoid taking him to small claim courts for the rest of my Market value of my car.

You can’t. It’s private information.
But the adjuster has no reason to lie.
You can always refuse the $10,000 and sue them in court. Of course, the policy STILL isn’t going to pay more than the policy limit.
Or you can ask your agent if you can accept the $10,000 without signing “settlement” and sue him for the difference.
And, by the way, they don’t have to pay you MARKET value for your car, they only have to pay the LESSER of cost to repair, or Actual Cash Value. Your agent can help you figure out what the ACV of your car actually is.

Best way to find out is to sue. The insurance will indemnify to the policy limit, the rest is on him.
But honestly, that sounds about right.

No doubt the easiest way to get insurance quotes is on the web.
Why would you waste your time on the phone calling around?
the last time i needed quotes on insurance i used one of these comparison sites and it was great.
this is the site i used and it was quick like less than 5 mins.
The last thing I want to do is listen to elevator music while waiting for a salesman.
Anyway I got good quotes and ended up saving money so I was happy.
So shop around and compare quotes which is easy on the net.
Good starting point is at this site.
